Intellectual Property: All creations and images are made by and property of Stephen Tucker, unless noted. If you purchase a piece, it becomes yours to do with as you please, but I reserve the right to continue sharing images of the piece. You are encouraged to share images of Imperfect Tense Pottery, but please credit “Imperfect Tense Pottery by Stephen Tucker” (and, if online, my Instagram: @ImperfectTensePottery) when doing so.

Liability: By purchasing or otherwise using a piece of Imperfect Tense Pottery, you agree that neither Stephen Tucker nor Imperfect Tense Pottery are responsible for outcomes of its use and/or any interactions with it. Except maybe the good ones.

Order fulfillment: I will do my best to ship your order within 5-7 business days and notify you of any delays on my part. I cannot be held responsible for what happens to packages after I mail them. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order instead of shipping it. These cases are vanishingly rare, but could theoretically include instances when shipping cannot be fulfilled due to postal and/or government restrictions (e.g., to Russia, Belarus, and some other countries), or where shipping costs significantly exceed the amount paid. Representation: I have done my best to faithfully represent each item. Colors may vary due to lighting, monitors, etc. If you desire additional photos to inform your decisions, feel free to ask. Please bear in mind that I am not a professional photographer or videographer.
